Nice location but service of staff questionable

the location was good, walking distance to lots of eatery and lotte mall. clean room. Lucy Park at the front counter was very helpful.

just don't opt for the mattress on floor kind of room, changed twice but ventilation was not very good and room stinks. Mr Han at the front counter is unhelpful and disinterested, when asked for help to book a taxi, he asked me to download the app and then download the korean language keyboard so that I can type the korean address. if I can type korean, I won't need his help. Hotel ventimo staff are more willing to help in that sense.

There’s lots of food and shopping nearby.

The rooms were super dark! We couldn’t really see much even with all lights in the room on. Not helpful when dressing up.

The location is perfect in the downtown, there are many delicious restaurants around. The room for 3 persons is big enough.

The mattress is too thin, not comfortable lying on the floor. There is something wrong in the shower room, a gap letting water go through, and a disaster in the entrance.

The room size, decoration, facilities are all good. The bed is super comfortable. Location is perfect.

Nice location next to airport, meets the needs of a short stay

The location is close to the airport. You can see it from your window. The bus stop to the airport is also 15mins away, just outside the hotel. Very convenient. There are a number of shops and cafes and restaurants nearby for food options. The staff at the check in could have been more friendly, they told us to go back and wait even though we were there at 2.55pm for a 3pm check-in. Apart from that the room was clean and big and the bathroom had a bathtub. Warm water and big TV. Good for a short stay before our afternoon flight the next day.

I like the clean room.

Good size & clean room. Eateries nearby till late. under 10min to airport.

No washing machine & dryer in the room or in the hotel. Parking space is narrow. Reception forgot return my passport & kept it for 2 days until I realised my passport is not with me.

Great location!

The room was spacious and comfortable, staff speaks english and helped with our parking. Bed was comfortable, and we liked that it has a bathtub

We wish they would provide a microwave though, and parking was a bit limited

Loved the location, the cleanliness, and most of all, the excellent friendly staff at the reception.

The hotel staff service was excellent. 10/10. check in check out was quick. They willingly helped us check on dining reservations, airline flight conditions due to typhoon weather warnings. - despite the language difficulty. Clean rooms. central location. and close to Jeju International Airport

The bathroom a little small. the car park was usually full and parking was a little tricky but manageable. Had wanted to try their breakfast buffet but the spread looked a little basic. Would be nice if they had a gym.

The room was really comfortable and we enjoyed the fact that it was so quiet, and had a bathtub and plenty of space. We stayed when there was a storm, so we were really pleased that there were several good cable channels in English to keep us entertained.

Superb

The hotel was very clean. I've been to a few hotels in Korea and the cleaning standard is usually not so great. But with this hotel, I was impressed. The front desk stuff was very kind and helpful. And the cleaning staff gave clean towels and water daily. I definitely will be coming back here. The hotel is also in a great location with a bus stop and convenience stores right in front of it.

The breakfast was okay but could have been better for the price. The variety was not so great.

The hotel was exactly I read on the reviews, clean, quiet, and kind.

The first impression from the front desk staff when I arrived to the hotel was welcoming. The room was exactly I asked, ocean view, quiet, and clean. Actually the hotel seemed that they have lots of guests but the floor I stayed at was very quiet!! The room was very clean..pillows.. blankets..all clean and comfortable.

There was a smell in the room...don't know what it was...smoking perhaps or ..it would be nice spraying air freshener before we arrived.
